Project to combat forced labor is a joint project of Coca Cola, U.S. State Department, Bitfury Group and Emercoin. Combined forces allowed to create a blockchain system to fight one of the most popular crimes in our world – forced labor.
Emercoin blockchain services were used as a basis of a secure registry for workers and their contracts. Blockchain’s validation and digital notary capabilities are used to ensure the authenticity of all records. It’s a great example of how blockchain can be used not only for business but also for social affairs.
